Association Day and Evening is open to ALL association professionals, free of charge.
You can attend Association Day and Evening and visit IMEX in one of two ways: Apply as a Hosted Buyer or a Buyer Visitor:
Hosted Buyer ApplicationThe hosted buyer program is open to association executives who are organising meetings and events internationally. Proof of your events will be required upon application. As a hosted buyer, IMEX will pay for accommodation and travel. The hosted buyer application form should be used by those who have these credentials. |
Buyer Visitor RegistrationEven if you aren't eligible for the hosted buyer program, you can register as a BUYER VISITOR and receive all these benefits: • Free entry into Association Day and Evening • Free registration and entry to IMEX 2013 • Special offers on flights and travel • Plus discounted accommodation rates |
