Frankfurt Low Emission Zone

The area within the ring roads (A5, A3 and A661) in Frankfurt has been declared a low emission zone.  This zone can only be accessed by vehicles belonging to Pollutant Groups 2 to 4 displaying the relevant Pollution Badge. Driving a vehicle into the low emission zone without a Pollution Badge is an offence and can lead to a fine.

If you do not have a Pollution Badge you can still drive into Messe Frankfurt but only via Gate West or Gate North which are reached via the A648 (coming from the A5) and the Rebstock exit or the Katherinenkreisel roundabout.  Messe Frankfurt's Rebstock multi-storey car park can also be reached via the Rebstock exit.
