The hallmark IMEX hosted buyer programme makes it easy for top buyers to attend the show, maximising the sales potential for our exhibitors. For buyers it's the reason only top quality exhibitors attend the show.
Once qualified, IMEX will organise the itinerary for these key buyers including their travel to the show and accommodation in Frankfurt.
Qualifying as a Hosted Buyer
To qualify as a hosted programme, buyers must be responsible for planning, organising, recommending or making financial decisions for any of these events outside their home country:
Corporate meetings and hospitality, incentive travel programmes, association meetings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, promotional events, training programmes.
Hosted buyers are drawn from the following market sectors:
Agency:
Incentive, business and conference travel agencies, full service incentive houses, conference organisers, sales and promotion agencies, marketing, PR and advertising agencies.
Association:
International or European institutes, federations or associations who organise congresses, conventions and meetings internationally.
Corporate:
Executives within companies involved with meetings, conferences and incentive travel programmes. Participants should have responsibility for, or direct influence over, decisions regarding destinations/ venues.
