IMEX
works with almost 400 intermediaries to select, invite and qualify hosted
buyers attending IMEX. Intermediaries include:
Hotel chains, representation companies, airlines, trade publications and trade associations.
Intermediaries invite their key clients to attend IMEX as a part of their hosted buyer group and are fully involved with the qualification process. They offer support to their hosted buyer group in the lead up to IMEX and will usually travel to the show with the group and organise evening and networking events for them. The intermediary is also responsible for ensuring that hosted buyers attend any pre-arranged group appointments.
