App Bar

In response to the increasing use of tablets in the meetings industry we launched the App Bar in 2012.. The App Bar, located on the show floor, will provide 20 minute educational sessions on the use of apps specifically for the events and meetings industry. The sessions will focus on the variety of apps available, their uses and how to implement them to help achieve an event's business objectives.

New for 2013 is App Playtime: In between the educational sessions you are welcome to explore a selection of apps curated by our App Bar sponsor, QuickMobile

IMEX visitors can bring their own tablets to the App Bar. Here they will be able to connect to the internet and take part in the education sessions. For those without a tablet there are a limited number of iPads available at the App Bar sponsored by Meeting Tomorrow, which will be available on a first come first served basis.

The App Bar is sponsored by QuickMobile and the iPads are provided by Meeting Tomorrow.
