Martin Sirk

Martin has been CEO of ICCA since 2002, overseeing the growth of this leading global meetings industry trade association from 600 to the current level of 850 member companies and organisations in over 80 countries.  ICCA's Board of Directors will be debating their association's CSR strategy at a meeting during the weekend prior to IMEX Association Day, including the vital issue of how to effectively recognise and promote the positive impact of international association meetings on CSR related issues such as knowledge transfer to developing countries, medical and scientific advancement, solutions to social and environmental challenges, and of course international peace and cultural understanding.  As session moderator, he'll be introducing these issues into the discussion.
