Meetology®
Meetology® Laboratory at IMEX
Following its launch last year at IMEX in Frankfurt the Meetology® Group were pleased to team up with IMEX this year to investigate the psychological differences between face to face and virtual meetings. The Meetology® Group’s team of consultant psychologists have created a simple experiment, the results from which it is hoped will help prove the benefits of meeting face to face. A Meetology® Laboratory was located on the show floor, manned by two Psychologists, Dr Jon Sutton a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and Dr Paul Redford a Chartered Psychologist who specialises in psychometric measurement and applied research into innovation and creativity. All IMEX visitors were encouraged to visit the stand to take part in the short experiment that lasted no more than 10 minutes to investigate the differences we experience when meeting face to face or virtually.
