Known as a creative and innovative “early adopter” in the field of quality, Paul Borawski has been called “the man behind the curtain” at the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

As Executive Director and Chief Strategic Officer, Paul's influence and progressive managerial concepts are what drive the 60-year old organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin . Paul's 20 years of CEO experience and a track record of accomplishments have made ASQ the world's largest and most respected organization of its kind. ASQ has been named “a best place to work” and “a model organization.”

A frequent speaker, Paul has delivered his inspirational message of quality on five continents and is the recipient of numerous honors and recognitions. He was named “one of the most influential people in the field of quality” by Quality Digest magazine in 2005. The European Organization for Quality awarded him the Georges Borel medal in 2006 for his contributions to the European Community. Paul has spent the last 20 years promoting the importance and value of quality.

Paul is the father of three and lives in Mequon , Wisconsin , with his wife, Judy, and family. When not at the office, you might find Paul golfing, woodworking, hiking, or relaxing with a great book, a bottle of vintage wine, and if no one is around, a cigar. Most likely you'll find him with family, and surrounded with friends.
