Essential Free Education
A series of free educational seminars on vital business subjects are held each day in both English and German as part of the inspirational New Vision programme. Whether you are from an agency, are a corporate or association buyer, organise events as part of your business travel or marketing remit - you will find seminars tailored to your needs.
Once you are registered to attend IMEX you can add seminars to your personal Online Diary. There is no need to book in advance for seminars - just make sure you arrive in good time on the day.
Association buyers also have the opportunity to register for IMEX Association Day on 23 May - a dedicated day of education and networking for association executives from around the world.
How to Visit
Buyers are invited to attend IMEX either as part of the hosted buyer programme or independently as trade visitors. Over 3,800 hosted buyers from more than 60 countries attended IMEX 2010 alongside over 5,000 visitors from 90 countries.
Hosted Buyers
The hallmark hosted buyer programme includes economy flights or first class train travel from selected destinations, overnight accommodation, transfers between the airport, hotel and exhibition, hosted buyer lounge access, exclusive registration facilities at the show plus access to the Online Diary. To qualify for the hosted buyer programme, buyers have to meet certain quality criteria and commit to attending four individual appointments per day at the show with exhibitors of their choice.

Visitors
Registering and attending IMEX as a visitor is free of charge. Pre-registering for the show gives you access to exclusive travel and accommodation discounts, plus access to the Online Diary allowing you to set appointments with exhibitors of your choice before the show.
