Buyers are invited to attend IMEX either as part of the hosted buyer programme or independently as trade visitors. Around 4,000 hosted buyers from 70 countries attended IMEX 2012 alongside over 4,500 trade visitors from 90 countries - 70% of these were from Germany.
Hosted BuyersThe hallmark hosted buyer programme includes economy flights or first class train travel from selected destinations, overnight accommodation, transfers between the airport, hotel and exhibition, hosted buyer lounge access, exclusive registration facilities at the show plus access to the Online Schedule. To qualify for the hosted buyer programme, buyers have to meet certain quality criteria and commit to attending a set amount of individual appointments per day at the show with exhibitors of their choice. VisitorsRegistering and attending IMEX as a visitor is free of charge. Pre-registering for the show gives you access to exclusive travel and accommodation discounts, plus access to the Online Schedule allowing you to set appointments with exhibitors of your choice before the show.
