Download the IMEX app, for everything you need before, during and after IMEX Frankfurt. 

To make sure you have the most up-to date app version search "IMEX Events" in your app store and install the latest update. Please sign out then sign in to ensure full app functionality once the app has updated.
 
For Android devices the latest version of the IMEX app is 1.30.1.0.

If you have an Apple product, the latest version of the IMEX app is 1.46.1.

Any app updates will be shown in your app store. However, if you’re still unsure, you can check what version of the app you have by going to Phone settings > Manage applications > 'IMEX Events'  > App info if you have an Android device.

For Apple devices please open the IMEX app > Sign in > Click on the hamburger icon to expand the menu > Scroll to the bottom of the menu to view the current app version installed.

•    Go to the App Store on your Apple or Android device
•    Search IMEX Events
•    Use your IMEX website username and password to sign in—if you've forgotten your password you can reset it
